The flight should last about 45min depending on weather conditions and required route alterations (in some cases you make a stop on another island before you get to Santorini).
There are various charter flights to Santorini as well. Those usually start in April and end in October. For more information contact your local travel agent.
The airport of Santorini is about 3km outside Fira (main town of the island of Santorini) and you can take a bus from the airport to Fira (there's usually one every hour) or one of the taxis outside the airport. Alternatively, you may call your own Taxi by calling 22860-22555 (number is as dialled from Santorini or Greece).
