Rate Details:
  • The prices are per night, including buffet breakfast and all taxes.
  • Extra bed available in all units, except in the Studios. Price low season Euro 52, middle season Euro 56, high season Euro 60.
  • Wine is offered complimentary upon arrival.
  • Since the Esperas is well known as a special retreat for couples looking for serenity & romance, and due to the fact that the hotel is located at the caldera (on the cliff), children under the age of 12 years old are discouraged.
Conditions:

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation. The deposit is fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to arrival.

Any cancellation made within:

  • 15 - 20 days within arrival   50% of the stay will be charged
  • 7 - 14 days within arrival   75% of the stay will be charged
  • 1 -   6 days within arrival 100% of the stay will be charged

Non-show or departure prior to original departure date results in 100% charge of the stay.
Notes:
  • Check in time at 2.00pm; check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Transfers available from & to the airport at Euro 45 per couple, from & to the port at Euro 45 per couple (one way).
  • Out-door swimming pool, leisure ground (swimming pool towels provided).
  • Esperas snack bar during the day & Esperas restaurant during the evenings.
  • Internet facility available at the reception/bar area and Wi-fi internet access available throughout hotel.
  • Laundry service available.
  • Twice a day maid service, linen change day by day and towels daily.
  • Reception is daily open from 08.00am till 11.00pm, information desk and car rental service available.

2 Junior Suites:

Two bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin bedded - open-plan with living room area), sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, two bathrooms (with Jacuzzi bathtub), a private veranda with an amazing view of the caldera

1 Superior Suite:

Two separate bedrooms (1 double bed- & 1 twin bedded bedroom), sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, one bathroom with hydro-massage jet shower  and one separate second toilet, a private veranda with an amazing view of the caldera and a balcony from the master bedroom.
1 Honeymoon Suite:

One separate bedroom with queen-size bed, sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, separate outdoor Jacuzzi bathtub, a private veranda with an amazing view of the caldera

1 Esperas Suite:

Two bedrooms (2 queen-size beds), sitting room & dinning room, kitchenette, two bathrooms, gym area (including a treadmill and stationary bicycle, barbells and yoga mats), outdoor Jacuzzi bathtub and a private veranda with an amazing view of the caldera

* All units have double beds, except one of the Junior Suites and the Superior Suite which have 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedded bedroom.
