Hope you like heights!
My husband and I traveled here for our honeymoon. When we arrived we were led down some steep stairs to our balcony/traditional house area. It was breathtaking. The sunsets were amazing and everyone from other parts of Santorini would gather to Oia. We loved having our own private balcony area to watch the sunset.
I would only say that with young children you would really need to keep an eye since you are walking on stairs that do not have handrails the entire way down.
Overall the stay was wonderful and a true experience that anyone should take.
